A pioneering employee engagement tool for the education sector

We have been appointed as Every Voice Count’s (EVC) digital partner to develop its new SAAS product that will improve engagement, communications and wellbeing in the education system. The digital partnership will include the design, development and launch of the Every Voice Counts Employee Engagement Tool, that will be rolled out to schools in the UK in 2019.  

Employee engagement is a worldwide issue with an alarmingly small minority of just 15% of employees worldwide feeling engaged in their work. According to the analytics and performance management consultancy Gallup, the global costs of unproductivity is round $7 trillion. The education sector is no different.

The EVC Employee Engagement Tool will enable schools to get better, anonymous feedback from their employees, parents and students. The system will initially be rolled out to employees and will send one question per week to its school client’s employees. Each school will be sent the same question but will have the option to opt out of the standard question or to add in a custom question. Each question will offer the recipient the opportunity to send a message back to the school. This will open up a dialogue between the school and the employee, parent or student. These results are then analysed to provide averages for various groups amongst the school. 

The EVC service will enable staff to acknowledge fellow members of staff for outstanding work during the week which will be formulated into a social wall. Staff will also have access to a section that offers advice and tips on managing stress in the workplace.
